Electoral Roll 2019
In 2019 across the Church of England, all existing membership lists cease and must be renewed.
We need everyone to fill in a new form even if you have been on previous rolls. It really helps us to know who our current committed members are. You will also need to take a GDPR information sheet as this gives details regarding the storage of personal data. |
Forms can be found at the back of the church, or you can download them from here.

These also provide information regarding different types of membership.
Once completed please pass to Liz Rowe (Electoral Roll Officer) so that your details can be added to the roll.
The closing date for this is SUNDAY 17th MARCH.
The new roll will then be displayed in the church porch, in compliance with the Church Representation Rules (CRR), from SUNDAY 24TH MARCH for 14 days. This allows for any amendments to be made.
(Please note, new names cannot be added at this point.)
The AGM takes place on SUNDAY 7TH APRIL and after this date the electoral roll will be stored electronically on the church computer, in compliance with current legislation.
We look forward to receiving your application.
