Contact us using the form on the website, or by emailing [email protected] and we will send you our wedding details booklet and all relevant forms.
Attend church and meet the Vicar.
Book the date & time for your wedding with the vicar.
Fill in Banns form and return to Church Office, produce necessary documentation and £ 100 deposit.
Arrange for banns to be called in the away parish
if one or both live outside Whitchurch parish. We will tell you the dates when the banns will be read and arrange a meeting with the Minister.
Attend church to hear your banns read.
Pay the balance of fees. Meet the minister who will conduct the wedding for the pre-wedding meeting. Agree the order of service.
Attend the wedding rehearsal. Usually at 7.30 PM.
Relax and enjoy your wedding day!
